First, how should the legal arrangements concerning the status of village
in frame NKRI, especially in the context of decentralization and autonomy of the village.
Second, how did the relationship with the level of village government more
high, (ie District - Provincial and Central Government). Current picture and
should the future, which involve various aspects such as politics and
governance, social and economic.
